3. History of the well
· initial production rate
(subdividing production rates for oil, gas and water)
· production and/or
intake/injection rate for the past 6 months before application of SWTorpedo
stimulation services
· effective radius of well
and its external reservoir boundary
· type and production
capacity of well equipment; magnitude of pressure drop (pressure build-up)
· whether any other
methods to increase production rate were used, their characteristics and results
