EXECUTIVE SUMMARY January 31, 2004
Executive Overview:
Sigor Corporation successfuly completed three years long technology transfer project
financed by US Department of State and one year R&D project in cooperation with RMOTC financed by US
Department of Energy. These two projects resulted in development of Oil & Gas well stimulation technology.
Sigor Corporation has signed an agreement of scientific support from the group of Ukrainian scientists
and engineers who possess 40 years worth of technical expertise, to market developed technology under the
Trademark of SWTorpedo.
We are currently organizing and staffing our own marketing and sales departments to handle increasing demand of
well stimulating services that being driven by high prices for oil and gas worldwide.
The well stimulation service SWTorpedo increase production of oil and gas cost-effectively,
normally increase yields 4 times for oil wells, 10 times for gas wells and 12 times for irrigation wells.
Its effect is long lasting, on average 6 years, and implementation of such well treatment is environmentally
friendly in comparison to existing treatment by acid or hydro fracturing. Appropriate application of the exact
amount of explosives and the regime of a detonation is the key to optimizing the results of this new stimulation
technique.
Demonstrated stimulations of 19 potentially productive intervals for oil, and gas wells in USA,
by applying SWTorpedo proved to be effective 96% of the time, when rock properties are know and
hydrocarbons are present.
Today's high prices for oil & gas has being propelled by, emerging industrial giants in South Asia
and unstable governments of major oil producers in Middle East, and in addition dual effect of growing domestic
consumption and declining production of oil in US makes prospects for decline in gasoline prices unlikely.
Sigor Corporation is seeking to sell its services on wider scale in order to contribute to the
effort to lower gasoline prices by lowering the cost of oil and gas extraction and increasing over-all productivity
of oil and gas wells.
Sigor Corporation is trying to generate enough funds to open Denver based Research and Development
laboratory that will allow to conduct scientific experiments which findings will benefit domestic economy.
